Warranty

If you have any problems with your merchandise please contact Kittywalk Systems to request a return. Requests for returns may be granted within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise. We cannot accept the unit if it has been deployed and your animal placed inside. Please try to return the unit in the original carton if possible. A 25% restocking fee will be accessed on all returns. Please ship items immediately as we cannot issue credit until items are received. All returns are to be shipped to our NY headquarters.

We at Kittywalk© Systems, Inc. want all customers to be satisfied with our products and we ask that you contact us first so we can advise the best course of action on all returns.

THE STANDARD WARRANTY SET FORTH BELOW IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES AGAINST CLAIMS OF PATENT OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, AND PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES OR DESIGN WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ALLEGED TO HAVE RESULTED FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.

We warrant to the original user that this product shall be free from all defects in material or workmanship for thirty days (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Defects caused by tampering, animal chewing, use for any purpose other than confining a cat or dog, unauthorized alterations & modifications or attempted repairs are not covered by this warranty by purchaser or any third party. We may elect to replace the entire unit, at no extra cost to you, with the same model or a similar model rather than repair it.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
